The Open Centre has been delivering workshops and diversity training to voluntary, public and private sector organisations for many years.
Our workshops and diversity training help companies achieve their equal opportunities and diversity objectives in a very effective way. We take your staff on a journey of discovery through our faith trails and informative workshops. In a fun and interactive environment, delegates will be taken out of their comfort zone and challenged to see life from the perspective of a different culture. They’re encouraged to ask questions about different cultures and religions – often questions that they have always had but have been afraid to ask.
We currently work with consultants from the NHS, Magistrates, Police, Teachers, Educators, and Probation Service amongst many other organisations.
